Can we purchase products in retail?

No, X-FABS operates strictly on a B2B sales model and does not offer retail sales.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is one pallet of the selected model. For larger orders or custom requirements, please contact us for more details.

How long does it take to receive the final product?

The production time depends on the type and quantity of the order. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss priority processing.

Returns  &  Refund Policy

Returns: Customers can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date if the products are damaged during shipping or do not meet the order specifications.

Return Conditions: Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of damage.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued for products that are returned in unused and undamaged condition.
